CNC-Programmierer (m/w/d)

Die Verbindung steht | Ihre Aufgaben

• Sie programmieren routiniert CNC-Drehzentren und erstellen die dazugehörigen Fertigungsdokumente – stets mit Fokus auf einer zykluszeitoptimierten Bearbeitung der Bauteile
• Dabei definieren Sie die optimale Fertigungsstrategie und sorgen für eine wirtschaftliche Umsetzung der Produktionsprozesse
• Das eigenständige Rüsten von CNC-gesteuerten Lang- und Kurzdrehmaschinen (u.a. Index, Spinner, Start, Wivia, Esco) gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Alltag wie das Bemustern von Neuteilen für die Serienfertigung, inkl. EMPB-Bauteilen
• Der Umgang mit unterschiedlichsten Messmitteln für die Qualitätssicherung stellt für Sie kein Problem dar
• Auch bei Ablaufstörungen übernehmen Sie die Analyse und Behebung der Störungsursachen eigenverantwortlich
• Nicht zuletzt unterstützen Sie die Abteilung rund um das Erreichen der relevanten Kennzahlen (OEE, OTD, Utilization)

Passt ganz genau | Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder Industriemechaniker (m/w/d)
• Einschlägige Berufspraxis im Programmieren von CNC-Drehmaschinen und Drehzentren sowie in den Steuerungen Fanuc 30i-B; 32i-B und Siemens 840D-SL
• Erfahrung in der Programmierung mit CAM-Systemen
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Der richtige Mix aus Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist
