The Infrastructure Services Manager will provide hands-on leadership in executing the programs, projects, and day-to-day operational responsibilities in delivery of infrastructure services for ITT’s Industrial Process (IP) value center. This person is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and support of infrastructure technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) services. For a person to be successful in this role, they will work with those within an organization around the world, as well as many others in a matrixed organization at the corporate level to ensure IT service delivery is effectively and efficiently executed.
The scope of this role includes not limited to wired and wireless data and voice networks, physical cabling, network security, servers, storage, voice services, telecom circuits /services, desktop services, multimedia systems (conference room AV), and other related technologies.
This role is responsible for supporting the business in day-to-day operations, as well as envisioning, recommending, and facilitating business changes to automate, streamline and ensure a highly available service offering for our internal and external customers. You will be providing expert infrastructure oversight, ensuring successful delivery and performance of IT services for the organization.
