The Head of Manufacturing and Assembly Hygienic Products is responsible for leading all manufacturing and assembly operations for hygienic pumps and valves. The role ensures the safe, efficient, and on-time production of high-quality products while meeting cost, quality, and operational targets.
The position provides leadership to production, assembly, and planning teams through their respective team leaders, drives continuous improvement initiatives, monitors key performance indicators, and supports strategic goals through workforce development, investment planning, and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Director Operations, the role plays a key part in achieving the company's operational and business objectives.
